What is ProHome?
  • ProHome provides a 3rd party Quality Assurance and Warranty management service to residential property developers and builders

  • ProHome agrees the quality parameters published in the limited 1 or 2 year warranty with the developer or builder up front

  • ProHome conducts a series of “walkthroughs” at completion of build and at pre handover to the buyer to ensure the quality parameters have been met by the individual sub contractors, a “snagging list” is produced and completion of works confirmed

  • A final “walkthrough” is scheduled shortly before the warranted period ends

  • ProHome provides the buyer with a single point of contact for any problems they encounter with their new home for the duration of the warranty

  • ProHome schedules and co ordinates any remedial work that has to be carried out for the duration of the limited warranty

  • ProHome provides the developer or builder with regular comprehensive reports on the performance of sub contractors and any problematic materials
